At Luxe Sugar Spa, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Esthetic Studio. CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that "no-shows" and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both our professionals and turned-away clients. When late cancellations and no-shows happens, our professionals miss out on the possibility of filling the appointment time, their expected income, and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services. We do our best to highly value your time and give you the best spa experience. Our time is also valuable and we thank you for respecting that. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointments that are 15 minutes late will be either taken at my discretion and able to get whatever part of the service I have time for or will not be taken at all and will be charged 100% of the schedule service, as this is considered a no show.
COVID-19: Whether you are getting Body Sugaring, Facials, Skincare or any of our services, we will be following the CDC Guidelines for reopening and all of our Staff have completed the BARBICIDE COVID-19 CERTIFICATION CLASSES. As per the guidelines everyone will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing guidelines. You will also be required to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire form. If you don’t have a mask we will be happy to provide you with one. We will be following our regular scheduled hours of operation. All customers must please make an appointment for services. No walk-ins until further notice.
